| Ordering Process: The ordering process reflects our personal approach to business. - Refer to the Order Page to make sure you send all the information necessary to process your order - Contact me if you have any questions prior to placing an order. Remember - email reaches me faster than phone - really - so if you are in a hurry, email me or do both phone and email. - IF YOU HAVE AN URGENT ORDER OR SPECIFIC DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER it is especially important you give me all the shipping, address, etc. information right up front - I can't compute shipping and give you a total until I know where you live. and PLEASE tell me specifically when you need the items; if I don't think I can get them to you fast enough I will tell you - and that way I'll know to expedite processing of your order. Upon receipt of your order, I first verify that everything you want is in stock. Many of the items are one-of-a-kind, so this is important. If not, I'll contact you for instructions (see Partial Shipping policy below). Then compute the actual shipping costs and any tax which may apply. And contact you with the total and payment instructions for your chosen payment method. For offline credit card procedures, look below in PAYMENT for details. Please note: Payment must be received within a week of the confirming email or e-invoice, else I will assume you have changed your mind about the order and release the inventory for sale. If you need longer to get payment in, please advise so I know to continue to hold the merchandise.... |
Shipping I DO ship internationally. I will confirm back with the shipping information in a confirmation email before any charges are made, so we can decide what shipping option works best. Upon receipt of your order email, I check the combined weight and value of the order to determine exact shipping costs. These are given to you BEFORE the order is finalized. PLEASE do not send me payment based on these estimates. I need to check exact costs.

| Payment Options Online Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Amex. Paypal or Google Checkout Once I get your order finalized I can compute shipping and e-invoice you. Offline Credit cards: (Visa, Mastercard and Amex) ** Call 610 439 7077 and leave the credit card number and exp date there - it's something only I can access, so it's secure. Trying to reach me in person is tough and will only delay your order. AND send an email with your name as it appears on the card (so I get the spelling right!) and your credit card BILLING ADDRESS - please send this in an email so I don't have to try to get it right off a recording; mistakes can delay processing. and be sure to send BILLING address if different from shipping; the card will decline without an address match. ** OR Fax your order, including BILLING ADDRESS, to 610 439 8449 (do NOT leave voice messages here!!!!!!!!!) Money orders, cashier's checks are welcome. Personal checks are accepted, but goods are held until they clear. I will send you my address along with the total for your order. |
| Partial Shipments I will not partial ship without your permission. This saves you shipping costs, preventing you from placing a number of small orders. It also allows you to reconfigure or cancel your order if everything you want is not in stock at the time. Many sites will partial ship without your OK, and it can cost you money and time - be aware of this as you shop around the net...... |
| Returns If you want to return an item, CONTACT ME first, to receive a return authorization code. Returns must be requested within 10 days of receipt. Items must be returned with 2 weeks of receipt and must must not be worn or damaged. Refunds will be for the purchase price less shipping costs. Returns should be shipped, insured, to the address I will provide with the code. Returns made without the code will not be credited. Note that Aladdin's Lamp has special return provisions. |
